Paulo Vieira founded Integritas Solutions together with Alessandro Ribeiro in 2004.
Since then he has been responsible for delivering high-quality products and services throughout America working for companies like GMAC, EDS, DTE Energy, Siemens, Convergys, and others.
He has over 15 years experience in highly scalable, secure, web-based systems, participating in the architecture, implementation and production roll out of innovative new applications and business solutions.
Paulo has successfully developed and deployed applications in the automotive, energy, financial, telecom, and education industries.
He received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Brasilia.

Alessandro Ribeiro started the Brazilian Division of Integritas and is one of Latin America's most respected authorities in the Java technology.
He has successfully designed, built and deployed new applications at companies like Banco Central, Petrobras, Navy and worked on integrating applications with Sabre and Amadeus.
He is a frequent lecturer and speaker in conferences throughout South America speaking on topics like Tests for Web Applications and Java Web Frameworks, and he frequently teaches classes for Sun Microsystems on software Architecture as well as detailed software development.
He is responsible for many successful application deliveries in North and South America.
Alessandro has a degree in Computer Science from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and has certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Business Component Development and Java Web Services from Sun Microsystems.
